Yet another funny quote from my boss. We were talking about how she loved to go out dancing when she was my age. She mentioned that she thought men were mean so she would string them along for a while then dump them because she felt they deserved it, but she got to go to a lot of dances because of this. Well, about this stage of life she said, "I just loved to go out dancing, that's why I stayed single for so long. I knew when I got married that's when the slavery starts." Awesome. In other news, I got a 100% on a midterm last week. I also got a 100% on a big project last week. I have a lot of stuff due this week so hopefully that 100% streak keeps on going! On Tuesday I start my practicum (basically a month of semi-student teaching) in a 6th grade classroom up in Riverton which I am super excited for! Other than that there isn't a whole lot going on, just school and work with a funny boss.
